It is two years since top cop Paul Harrigan walked away from the NSW Police Force to be his own man. But when a sexworker is murdered it is work for his partner Grace, but there is someone watching them, perhaps one of Harrigan's old enemies and when Grace's boss pushes her into a sting to catch the murderer, its a case of who is being hunted.
